02Data collected
When you order: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, company, VAT number, country, free-text message, services chosen and amount. During the engagement: the information and documents you choose to share with us.
We never collect your card details: payment is handled by a secure payment service provider.
03Purposes and legal bases
Performing the order and the engagement (performance of the contract), issuing invoices and keeping accounts (legal obligation), replying to your messages (legitimate interest). Audience measurement and advertising tools are only activated with your consent where the law requires it.
04Retention periods
Order and billing data are kept for ten years, the legal accounting period. Engagement documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted no later than one year after it ends, or sooner on request.
05Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is shared only with the technical providers we need (hosting, payment, e-mail), who are bound by confidentiality, some of whom may be located outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
06Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@anvision-consulting.com. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
